Privacy Policy
Personal Data
We collect, process, and use your personal data only with your consent or upon your order for the purposes agreed with you, or if there is another legal basis in accordance with the GDPR. This is done in compliance with data protection and civil law provisions.
Only such personal data is collected as is necessary for the execution and processing of our services or which you have voluntarily provided to us.
Personal data includes all data containing individual details about personal or factual circumstances, such as name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, age, gender, social security number, video recordings, photos, voice recordings of persons, and biometric data such as fingerprints.
Information and Deletion
As a client or generally as a data subject, you have the right to information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing at any time. You also have the right to correction, data transferability, objection, restriction of processing, as well as blocking or deletion of incorrect or inadmissibly processed data.
If there are any changes to your personal data, we request that you inform us accordingly.
You have the right to revoke your consent to the use of your personal data at any time. Your request for information, deletion, correction, objection, and/or data transferability may be directed to the address listed in the last section of this statement, provided that this does not cause a disproportionate effort.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data by us violates applicable data protection law or your data protection claims have been violated in any other way, you have the possibility to complain to the competent supervisory authority. In Austria, the Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde) is responsible for this.
Data Security
The protection of your personal data is ensured through appropriate organizational and technical precautions. These precautions particularly concern protection against unauthorized, unlawful, or accidental access, processing, loss, use, and manipulation.
Notwithstanding efforts to maintain a constantly appropriately high standard of due diligence, it cannot be ruled out that information you provide to us via the Internet may be viewed and used by others.
Please note that we therefore accept no liability whatsoever for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission not caused by us and/or unauthorized access by third parties (e.g., hacking of email accounts or telephones, interception of faxes).
Use of Data
We will not process the data provided to us for purposes other than those covered by your order, your consent, or otherwise by a provision in accordance with the GDPR. An exception to this is the use for statistical purposes, provided that the data provided has been anonymized.
Transmission of Data to Third Parties
To fulfill your order, it may also be necessary to forward your data to third parties (e.g., content delivery networks, software procurement, etc.). Any forwarding of your data takes place exclusively on the basis of the GDPR, particularly for the fulfillment of your order or based on your prior consent.
Some of the recipients of your personal data mentioned above are located outside your country or process your personal data there. The level of data protection in other countries may not correspond to that of Austria. However, we only transfer your personal data to countries for which the EU Commission has decided that they have an adequate level of data protection.
Notification of Data Breaches
We strive to ensure that data breaches are detected early and, if necessary, reported immediately to you or the competent supervisory authority, including the respective data categories affected.
Retention of Data
We will not retain data for longer than is necessary to fulfill our contractual or legal obligations and to defend against any liability claims.
